Here are the notes I took on yesterday’s update meeting.

These meetings are very informative and not the hoopla stuff. Please consider joining them if possible so we can share the info and make sure we all heard the same thing and/or anything else one might have missed that they other got.

 

First of all; The promos have been extended to June 9th. This is great and they said they would even consider extending then again if need be.

We can also make unlimited purchases.

 

• They said they are working on the back office and realize it “sucks” (those were their exact words). They say it’s like wanting to build a Mercedes and all they have right now is a VW Golf with only 2 tires. Here are some of the issues they discussed and re working on:

  • The support tickets not working properly. Wait until next week for answers. Do Not resend duplicate issues, that just bogs them down even more.

  • States not going through in the proper field.

  • The site is very cookie “sensitive” (right on Lynea). They say to use your dedicated enrollment link.

  • They are working on having everyone get an ID number when they create their account so you can have the option of using it or your user name.

• The requirements to be “active” are waived for now. 

• They are working on pay-outs and will be changing over to iPayout or some other way to send commission. We’ll know more soon.

• There are plans for on going training sessions. Sound like they are putting together a more comprehensive system for learning.

• When it comes to operating your Healy:

  • The Healy only sends one frequency at a time, if more than one is recommended it will send one right after the other and not 2 at a time like other machines can do.

  • It is really important that you watch the videos on what to do when you get your Healy and start it for the first time. They say not to charge it for more than 2 hours at a time. Also, you get a master key when you first go through the set-up. It is specific to your Healy and your account. SAVE IT! If you lose it you have to get a new one by going through CS. They have to issue you a new one before you can proceed with your Healy.

• From compliance:

  • If you are creating a Landing page, domain name, FB account, etc. you CANNOT use “Healy” with it!! Healy wants to keep their product pure and compliance will be on the look-out for usage of their brand incorrectly.

• Contraindication:

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • Pace-makers

  • I have a client with a surgically implanted stimulator and her doctor said NO. Someone on the call also asked about this and the answer was not recommended either.
