Getting Started with a new Healy
Software Requirements: Bluetooth 4.0 or higher Android 4.4 or higher Iphone IOS 9.0 or higher
1. Charge the battery in the Healy for 1.5 hours before use.

2. Download the Healy app. Android IPhone

3. Power on the Healy.
​
​
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone
and start the Healy app.
​
​
5. Allow access to all requests for phone resources.
camera, notifications, files, etc.
When your healy is running a program and you run the Healy app in the background.
The app will notify you every time it changes frequency
. You may want to turn off the notification sound on the healy app
under iphone settings.

6. Ok the disclaimer.
​
​
7. Enter Healy serial number or scan QR code.
Hold the QR code in the viewer till it reads it.
​
Then click Connect.
​
​
​
8. An update should come up if your phone is connected to the internet.
​
Click ok to download the update.
​
If the update doesn't appear automatically, click on Properties >Then click Check for updates.
​
After downloading updates you are ready to run your first Healy program.

Turn on the healy
before starting
the app
To reconnect the app to healy, you may have to close both healy apps and restart the app of choice.
Note: Always power on the Healy first before starting any of the apps. The apps can sometimes get stuck or stop working. Restart the app with the Healy already turned on. You have to shut down all healy apps first. Only one app can connect to the Healy at the same time.

Different phones have a different way to shut down an app.
